Please notice, that in case of delay, Messe Düsseldorf cannot guarantee handling in due form, and time and/or the services may not be executable anymore!

Besides, all incoming orders that reach Messe Düsseldorf less than 21 calendar days before the assembly period are subject to a late delivery charge of 35% on all prices and charges. This also applies to any documents that still require clarification or which are still incomplete by that date.

For safety reasons, the electric power will be switched off one hour after closure of the event on the last day.

A power factor of COS phi = 0.8 applies to all power connections and a frequency of 50 Hz.

Prices include material (rental), construction and dismantling.

Each ordered item must be entered in the stand layout plan. Otherwise it may be positioned at Messe Düsseldorf’s discretion.

Without terminal box. Messe Düsseldorf only supplies electrical distributors up to a size of 34 kW.

This order requires the exhibitor to have their own electrical distributor (with 30 mA ELCB switch), connected directly to the electric cable.

We charge a basic fee of €30.50 for connecting the stand to the hall power supply.

Power consumption is charged per kW/h, as shown on the relevant meter. The current power consumption fee per kW/h is €0.80 plus VAT, as shown on the installed meter.
