The rental prices are calculated for the entire duration of the fair plus a service fee of 30.00 € per order. The indicated prices are net prices.

After receipt of the order we send you a proforma invoice. The total amount shown there must be paid on time before the start of the fair.

All orders will be delivered directly to your booth at the latest one day before the fair starts.
After the end of the fair the rental objects will be collected again, for this an exact time cannot be specified.

The rental objects are not insured against theft, loss or damage, an appropriate insurance is recommended.

EXPO Mietmöbel assumes no liability for any of the booth owner’s property left in rented objects.
